First floor - living & dining | This airy 2nd floor apartment can be reached by elevator & stairs. Enter into a hallway that has a large wardrobe for coats, shoes and toilet on the left. Through the door on the right, you are welcomed into an open space with living area and snug dining table with contemporary chairs. The interior features white, grey and light coloured wood in modern Scandinavian style, detailed with perky shades of contrast to catch the eye.

From the living room, step out into the balcony where you will have a nice view of the river Rotte and the building’s courtyard. The private balcony offers a great place to chill & dine.

The entire house is equipped with light laminate flooring. The large windows and balcony doors can be covered by lace curtains for more privacy and drapes for cool winter evenings. Via the living area you turn left into the multi-functional kitchen. The new kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and all utensils. You cook induction and there are pots and pans available. In the kitchen you will find plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. A spacious working counter offers a place to work or have a quick breakfast before heading to work.

Second floor - sleeping & relaxing | Head upstairs where you will find two almost similar bedrooms with a double bed (140×200) and a wardrobe. The bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms. Offering a large double sink with storage cupboard, a walk-in rain shower and a design radiator to warm up the towels. Towels, bedlinnen & floor mats are also provided as part of the inventory.

Safety first | The apartment is equipped with all safety measures including a fire extinguisher, smoke detectors in every room and a fire blanket in the kitchen.

How to get around | The Dutch cycle because it is the best way to explore the city or go to work or university. This apartment provides two city bikes kept in the private locked shed. The apartment is located 1 minute walk from the Hofplein and it takes 5 minute bike ride to the central station. You can reach the highway A20 to Amsterdam, The Hague or Schiphol by car within 2 km. Do you work in the Botlek, south of Rotterdam, near Hoek van Holland or The Hague? By car you can count on a 20-30 minutes travel.

Shops and entertainment | Supermarkets are nearby as well as a fitness center, the Luxor theater, the famous Markthal and the shopping streets.

Service & maintenance | When you rent any of our apartments you will get a fully furnished and equipped place ready for move-in. We make sure that all you need to arrange are your belongings. The contracts and connections for internet, gas, water & electricity are all arranged by us. On your move-in date, rest assure everything will be working, clean and expect no hidden charges the day you are moving in. Bi-weekly cleaning is provided. The apartment is privately owned. The property manager takes care of everything for you and makes you feel at home!

Financial requirements | We will do a full (financial) credibility check on our tenants. Therefore we need some basic (financial) information before we can rent the apartment to you, such as IDs, recent salary slips, employer statements or proof of registration at the university if you are a student.
