The apartment is located on the 6th floor. You can take the stairs as your daily excersise or use the elevator to the top floor. After a few stairs you reach the front door of the apartment. The outside porch is shared with one other apartment. Going through the front door you step into the hall that gives access to all areas.

Relax or chill with friends in the cozy sitting area with gas fireplace. The entire house is equipped with light laminate and large windows with sunblinds. For some extra entertainment you can use the big screen TV and the music system. The ambient light is central and with one button to operate. The apartment has old-style antique furniture in the living room and dining room. The living room is located at the front of the apartment. From the living room you enter the dining room and step onto the sunny balcony. The dining table for 4 people has comfortable chairs. Hidden in a closet is a small workplace available but working on the dining table might be a better option. 

There is a lot of storage space and you can use the ironing facilities and the delicate laundry dryer on a rack. Here are the stepladder, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils available.

The apartment has a well equipped seperate kitchen. The kitchen has all the desirable equippment (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, 4-burner electric stove). You cook induction and there are pans available. In the kitchen you will find plates, cups, glasses and cutlery.

Cleaning is provided for the apartment and the shared parts of the building are also being cleaned regularly. The apartment is privately owned and managed by a professional property manager. We will take care of everything for you and make you feel at home!

Financial requirements

We will do a (financial) credibility check on our tenants. Therefore we need (financial) information before we can rent the apartment to you, such as IDs, recent salary slips, employer statements or proof of registration at the university if you are a student.
