Conveniently situated near major public transportation, it is only a 20-minute bike ride from down town Rotterdam, to the Erasmus University and even less to the Hogeschool Rotterdam/Codarts or the business centre of Rotterdam. The apartment is located in the upcoming Tarwewijk only 7min walk from metro Maashaven and 5min walk to busstation Zuidplein. You will get around very easily.

The apartment is located on the second and third floor. You enter the apartment through the front door and the hall gives access the hall way with coat rack, shoe storage, 1st toilet and dining room.
Besides a quiet living room (15.4 m2) with laying/lounge sofa you can stay comfortable in the dining room (19.2 m2) with dining table for six. The kitchen (8.2 m2) connects the living room with the dining room and is fully furnished and equipped with every luxury and practical items.
From the dining room you look through a large window to the French balcony and the courtyard of the complex. The apartment has its own front door, a small landing on the 1st floor with a large cupboard and shoe cupboard. Here you can leave your shoes and hang wet coats. The staircase leads into the hallway on the 2nd floor and in the scullery you find the ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils. The 3 bedrooms on the 3rd floor are nicely furnished. Apart from the storage room which are marked ‘Private’ the apartment is completely yours for the length of your stay. The apartment has private access and rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
The interior is done with care; much is new but sometimes we have stuff from flea markets or bought in 2nd hand shops. Reusing old things we find important. It is not only fun, it is also durable and contributes to the reduction of waste.
The apartment is equipped with all safety measures including a fire extinguisher, smoke detectors in every room and a fire blanket. And if someone rings the doorbell downstairs, you can ask via intercom who it is before you open the door.
Shops and entertainment
There are many local cafes, bakery, restaurants and a shopping mall within only 200 m of the apartment.

Should you use, together with other tenants, more electricity, gas and/or water we will charge you the rest at the end of your renting period.
Service & maintenance
When you rent any of our apartments you will get a fully furnished and equipped place ready for move-in. We make sure that all you need to arrange are your belongings. The contracts and connections for internet, gas, water & electricity are all arranged by us. On your move-in date, rest assure everything will be working, clean and expect no hidden charges the day you are moving in. The apartment is privately owned and managed by a professional property manager. We will take care of everything for you and make you feel at home!
We will do a full (financial) credibility check on our tenants. Therefore we need (financial) information before we can rent the room to you, such as IDs, recent salary slips, employer statements or proof of registration at the university if you are a student.
