As you enter the building through the heavy gate, you will enter the apartment via a shared front door. The studio 26 sqm studio has a private and locked door on the 3rd floor giving entrance to a studio with open kitchen. The bathroom offers a shower, sink and toilet. The separate bedroom offers a 120x200 bed and open wardrobe.

The studio comes with a modern kitchen area on your left, fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, tableware, cleaning tools & cooking/cleaning appliances. The modern bathroom situated on your right is fully tiled & accessorised with shower, toilet, sink & wall mirror. Towels & floormat are also provided for your convenience.

Passing the kitchen, you will walk into a cosy & practical living area that is furnished with a dining table that can be extended for 4 people. On your right is where your home-haven begins, as you chill in your couch facing tv. Plenty of storage space can be found in the cupboard underneath the television. All walls and ceilings are painted white, whilst the floor is in warm laminate.

#SERVICE&MAINTENANCE
When you rent any of our places you will get a fully furnished and equipped place ready for move-in. We make sure that all you need to arrange are your belonging. The contracts & connections for internet, gas, water & electricity are all arranged by us. On your move-in date, rest assure everything will be working, clean and expect no hidden charges the day you are moving in. Cleaning is provided for the studio & the shared parts of the building.

#PARKING There are parking spots directly in front of the building & there is also a parking lot just a few buildings down. For long term parking as a resident, you can get an annual parking permit, or it will be costly to pay by the minute for parking in the city. Alternatively, search for a free parking zone, where parking is free.

#TERMS
• The rent is all-inclusive g/w/e + internet and cleaning service
• Rental is by full month basis only
• A deposit of €1000 is required, refundable if the apartment is delivered in the same state as handed over.
• There is a one-time cleaning fee of €185

#REGISTRATION
You may registration yourself at this address, at the end of your tenancy you are reminded to deregister.

#FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS
We will do a (financial) credibility check on our tenants. Therefore we need (financial) information before we can rent the apartment to you, such as IDs, recent salary slips, employer statements or proof of registration if you are still studying.
